Ulatis Creek Park Vacaville


ABSTRACT: Report to the City of Vacaville outlining the recreation area proposal of Ulatis Creek Park in Downtown Vacaville. This report also outlines the necessary improvements and additions to the Ulatis Creek Park which include the removal of School and College Streets, the construction of a recreation building, removal of the quonset hut structure, planting, irrigation, installation of park benches and pedestrian bridges. This report was prepared by Theodore Osmundson and Associates. Director of Recreation John A. McBride. City Manager Walter Graham. Today this location is commonly referred to as Andrews Park, Creekwalk Plaza or Carroll Plaza.
