ABSTRACT: Report to the City of Vacaville outlining the recreation area proposal of Ulatis Creek Park in Downtown Vacaville. This report also outlines the necessary improvements and additions to the Ulatis Creek Park which include the removal of School and College Streets, the construction of a recreation building, removal of the quonset hut structure, planting, irrigation, installation of park benches and pedestrian bridges.
