Abstract: Summer is slowly drawing to an end. I measure the season's progress by the fruit varieties. The last couple of weeks, my family enjoyed Suisun Valley Fay Elberta peaches for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; fresh, baked, poached and any other way possible.
