PHOTO #: WY0172a CAPTION: Back of Wolfskill stone house photo WY167C. Residence of J.R. Wolfskills on Rio de los Putas Grant. Taken in midwinter with snow on ground. This two story stone dwelling built in Summer of 1861 was destoryed by earthquake April 18, 1892. No fatalities. Was never occupied afterward. Ruins town down and a new house erected in its place.
